I hope all your winter festivities have gone well, and that you had a good New Year.
It occurs to me, though, that 2004 will go down as one of the all-time terrible years in history. I mean, when the Red Sox winning the World Series is only the third-worst disaster of the year (ranking behind the tsunami and the US election results), it's pretty awful.
May all your years be orders of magnitude better than the last, whether your 2004 was poor or good; may we all experience good health, abundance, and peace.
