osewalrus, though he's likely already seen it: John Battelle interviews Frank Eliason (aka @comcastcares on Twitter). While what Mr. Eliason is doing isn't really within the bounds of overall policy, it certainly ties into H's earlier discussions of Comcast and its attitudes with regard to secrecy and poor service.
While I have no direct experience with Comcast, I will note that this interview suggests strongly that, at least for now, Twitter is the way to go to get support from them.
