Let's Go, Already!

I have several times, in several places, noted that there is a need for a specific mission, in terms of manned space exploration, for the venture to succeed. ( Link and thoughts behind the cut. Sorry, no Carol Merrill to make it more attractive :-( )

One step at a time, and we have a giant leap to make. Again.

Spent most of yesterday (today, still, to me) in pain. I was bending over to pick up some paper that had fallen from our recycling bin when my back went POP!

Hence more time and less thought at the computer than I wanted. And now, with luck, I am exhausted enough (and the new dose of meds have kicked in enough) that I can sleep. With even more luck, this is one of those very short-term things, as I'm told it can be, when it's the upper back.
